The decision to install parking meters at the waterfront will be debated tonight. Parry Sound town staff suggested installing 38 parking meters in existing parking spaces along Bay Street and asked the public for their input. There has been letters received by the town both in favour of the move and against. Business owner Susan Poole started an online petition against the meters and will give a deputation to council tonight. The meeting gets started at 7:00pm in the council chambers of the town office.
