A boater is facing charges for boating under the influence from the West Parry Sound OPP.
On Saturday afternoon a 27-year-old man from Lindsay Ontario was stopped by police on Horseshoe Lake in Seguin Township.
The man was charged with driving while impaired, and for having an open container of alcohol in his boat.
He’ll be in court on August 3rd.
