Almaguin Highlands OPP is looking for a stolen snowmobile. Police began investigating the theft of a 1998 Ski Doo MXZ on April 7th from a home on Axe Lake Road in McMurrich/Monteith Township. It’s believed that the machine, valued at around $2500, was taken sometime between March 31st and April 7th. Anyone with information about this theft should contact the OPP or if you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), where you could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
