Parry Sound-Muskoka MP Tony Clement says Canada`s Victims Bill of Rights would give victims a stronger voice.  On Thursday, Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced details of the long awaited Bill C-32, which includes helping victims become more involved in the court process.  For example, victims would have the right to know when their offender was deported.  Changes also include the right to information, the right to protection and the right to participation.
