Police have charges three men after a compliant from the public. West Parry Sound OPP was called just after 2:30 in the morning on Sunday about three intoxicated men walking on Seguin Street who were speaking aggressively to others. Police arrived on the scene and an investigation resulted in all three being arrested. A 34-year-old from Peterborough was charged with public intoxication and released with a ticket while a 23-year-old from Parry Sound was charged with failing to comply with an officer and will appear in court in April. The third man, a 33-year-old from Nova Scotia, was charged with public intoxication, two counts of failing to comply with a probation order, and four counts of failing to comply with an undertaking and will be held until he appears in court at a later date.
