The rain and warm temperatures are making problems in Parry Sound.
Nearly 40 mm of rain is expected to fall between Friday and Saturday.
The Ministry of Natural Resources says high water levels and flows are expected through the Parry Sound region.
Temperatures are expected to drop later in the weekend which the ministry warns can make banks unstable and slippery.
