A Sudbury man faces multiple charges after police were called about a possible impaired driver in Waubaushene. Police were called just before 8:00am Friday morning and found the driver and started to investigate. The investigation found that the car was reported stolen in Barrie a short time earlier and the officer was a drug expert and determined the driver was under the influence of drugs. The 25-year-old driver is charged with theft of a vehicle over $5000, possession of property obtained by crime, and care and control of a vehicle while impaired. He’ll face those charges at a later date.
