The identity of the man facing charges in connection to found human remains is being released.
The Parry Sound OPP says 34-year-old Vikram Dhindsa was facing charges of indignity to a human body. However, Dhindsa has since died.
The OPP says he died sometime this week while incarcerated, but no details on where, how, or exactly when he died are being released.
This comes after human remains were found off of a snowmobile trail in McDougall on Sunday night.
The investigation is ongoing.
