Seguin Township has awarded the contract to begin the design work on renovations to the Rosseau Memorial Hall.
During the November 7th council meeting, officials decided on FAD Architects to begin designing the renovations.
The Parry Sound company has set a price of just over $27,000 for it’s part in the renovation project.
These renovations are necessary in order to bring the hall up to provincial standards of accessibility.
The township has put aside $375,000 and has received $100,000 from the Canada 150 Fund.
Construction is expected to begin next fall and be completed in spring of 2018.
