Police nab three drivers for excessive speeding in Parry Sound

West Parry Sound OPP has charged three people with stunt driving in the region.
On November 8th, police were targeting speeders on the 400 when the officer spotted a vehicle going 50 kilometres over the limit.
Police pulled over the 35-year-old man from Guelph and charged him with racing a vehicle and excessive speeding.
On November 11th, police were tracking speeders on Highway 69 in Carling Township when another vehicle was spotted travelling faster than 50 kilometres over the posted limit.
A 29-year-old man from Ajax was charged with vehicle racing and excessive speed.
Later that morning, another driver was spotted pushing 50 kilometres over the posted limit on Highway 69.
Police charged the 38-year-old from Sudbury with racing and excessive speed.
All three men have a December 6th court appearance in Parry Sound.
Drivers charged with racing a vehicle can face up to a $10,000 fine or up to six months in prison.
