Shawanaga woman faces charges after Bingo revenues go missing

Charges have been laid after an investigation into missing Bingo revenues.  The Sudbury Unit of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission started an investigation in May into missing revenues from the Parry Sound Friendship Centre Bingos.  On December 16th, the former Executive Director of the Friendship Centre from Shawanaga First Nation was arrested and charged with two counts of misappropriation of funds, three counts of fraud over $5000, and one count of breach of trust.  The 52-year-old will face her charges in a Parry Sound court on March 20th.
