A crash has closed Highway 69 north of Highway 522.
Britt and Area Fire Department Captain Ken Breadner say the collision happened between Highway 522 and Pickerel River Road. Breadner says a car hit a moose then the moose hit an Ontario Northlander bus and a tractor trailer. Two people from the car had to be extricated with one being taken to Health Sciences North by air ambulance and the other by land ambulance.
Emergency crews remain on the scene. No time has been given for when the highway is expected to reopen.
