Buses in East and West Parry Sound are cancelled today. Nipissing Parry Sound Student Transportation Services says buses servicing Britt and Nobel, Mactier, Humphrey, and Rosseau, McDougall, Whitestone, and Ahmic Harbour, the Town of Parry Sound, and all of East Parry Sound are cancelled due to icy road conditions. Moose Deer Point First Nation, Shawanaga, and Wasauksing buses and the bus to St. Dominic in Bracebridge are also cancelled this morning. The Rosseau and Whitestone Early Years programs are also cancelled today. Schools remain open for those students who can get there safely. Parents are reminded that students going to school today need safe transportation home at the end of the day as cancelled buses will not run in the afternoon.
