Seguin Council seeks public input on By-Law

Seguin residents can add their input to a new Clean, Clear, and Safe by-law being drafted.

On Monday, council discussed the draft by-law put together by staff after they were directed by council earlier this summer to do so.

Councillor Ted Collins proposed the by-law to give staff the authority to require property owners to maintain their property within environmental, health, safety, fire, and social standards on an individual property basis.

At the regular meeting of council on October 3rd, Seguin will holding a public meeting to hear comments on the proposed by-law before voting to adopt it.

The meeting starts at 4:30pm in the council chambers of the township office in Humphrey.
