Phase one of a residential project on North Sandy Plains Road is moving forward. In April, council approved a two-step approach to developing the property that was donated to the township 15 years ago. At yesterday’s meeting, council voted to move ahead on surveying seven lots that front on North Sandy Plains Road and to have a public meeting on July 18th to discuss the rezoning needed to complete phase one of the project. The rest of the property will remain as recreational property for the time being.
