Eyewitness is hitting the beach in Nobel this week. Due to filming at Nobel Beach this week, the beach will be closed to the public from 4:00pm on Wednesday until 9:00am on Friday. McDougall council approved the closure at their meeting earlier this month as they felt a mid-week closure wouldn’t affect residents as much as a weekend closure which was originally requested from the producers. The movie company is paying $1,000 to exclusively rent the beach area which will go into the Recreation Reserve Fund to be used to maintain and improve the beach area.
