A program in Sudbury is helping children and youth who are obese or overweight. NEO Kids at Health Sciences North is informing all teachers, schools, sports and leisure clubs and parents about their BALANCE Program which provides support to children and teens who are living with excess weight or obesity. The BALANCE team supports families in making healthy lifestyle choices for their children through interactive nutrition education, fun physical activity, emotional support and health education, and monitoring in a positive group environment.
