Almaguin Highlands OPP has charged a man for pointing a firearm at a woman.
Police say on Sunday evening, the woman noticed DVDs missing from her Burk’s Falls apartment.
The DVDs belonged to the accused, so she went to his apartment to see if he had taken them.
When she got there, the man pointed a gun at her. She was assaulted several times before she could get away.
The 52-year-old Burk’s Falls man is also charged with assault, assault with a weapon, uttering threats, unauthorized possession of a weapon and break and enter.
