Parry Sound Emergency Services will conduct their 3rd annual “Food Drive” in support of local food banks. This year’s drive is a month long, kicking off next Monday the 28th and running through April 25th. Residents are encouraged to drop off food items at several locations including The Parry Sound Fired Department, Parry Sound Ambulance base, the OPP station as well as at the cafeteria at the West Parry Sound Health Care Centre. Other drop-off points are at Community Living and the Seguin Township office. Students are being encouraged to take part in the drive, with the class from each school bringing in the most food getting a pizza party.
