The driver involved in a tractor trailer rollover earlier this month will not be charged.
On January 17 a tractor trailer rolled onto its side after the driver avoided a crash with another tractor trailer on Highway 69 north of Woods Road in Carling Township.
West Parry Sound OPP has completed their investigation and found the driver was not in violation of any traffic laws at the time of the collision.
Police say the road at the time of the collision was covered in slush and snow.
