The Town of Parry Sound is recognizing crossing guards. At last night’s council meeting, a resolution was passed to declare February 5th School Crossing Guard day. The town is extremely proud of their crossing guards and commends them for their continued dedication and commitment to the safety of the town’s school children. The mayor and council urge residents to recognize School Crossing Guard Day by pledging to approach school zones and crossing with caution.
