Parry Sound skiers placed well at the Phoenix Cross Country Ski Invitational held at Hardwood Ski and Bike yesterday. In the junior girls 5km race, Sasha Istvan placed first with Lauren Nawroth coming in third. Noah Thompson won the junior boys 6.1km race while the senior girls 6.1km race, Parry Sound swept the podium. Shayna Herr finished first with Claire Henry coming in second and Emily Beirnes grabbing third. Here is the complete list of Parry Sound skiers and how they did:
