MPP calling latest government energy plan a lot of spin
Our MPP is one of many not buying the long-term electricity plan recently rolled out by the provincial government. Norm Miller says it seems like a lot of spin, telling us that prices aren’t going up as much as they were before. Miller compares it to the Liberal’s approach to budgeting; predicting a $20 billion deficit and then being happy when they get a $15 billion deficit. He says the number one concern he hears in his constituency offices is the high price of power and how individuals and businesses are struggling to pay their energy bills.
