This past week in Parry Sound minor hockey saw a lot of cancellations because of weather.

On Friday night, there was only one game as the Peewees hosted South Muskoka.  The game ended up in a 12-0 win for the visitors.  The Midget game against Huntsville and the Bantam game in Haliburton were both cancelled because of weather.

On Saturday, The Peewees and Bantams were supposed to each have a double header at the BOCC against Mariposa but, again, due to the weather, the games were cancelled.  The Atoms played their game Saturday morning against South Muskoka and lost a tight 4-3 decision.

On Sunday, no games were scheduled because of the third annual Bob Beaumont all-star classic in Huntsville with representatives from each team playing in a fun game to showcase the talents of the Muskoka Parry Sound Hockey League.
