A woman has died in a collision in Severn Township. The incident happened this morning on Wainman Line, just south of Foxmead Road. When police and emergency workers arrived, they found a vehicle had left the road and hit a tree. The woman driving the vehicle was pronounced dead on the scene by paramedics and has been identified as Kelly Jolliffe of Severn Township. Orillia OPP will not release her identity until her family has been notified. Wainman Line is closed while police investigate the cause of the crash.
