Police are investigating a crash on Highway 11 between a truck and car. The crash happened last night between County Road 169 and Coopers Falls Road in the northbound lane where a truck hit the rear end of a car sending it into the guardrail. The two men and two women in the car from British Columbia and North Bay were sent to an area hospital with various injuries while the Tiny Township truck driver wasn’t seriously injured. A 25-year-old woman from the car had to later be transported to a Toronto hospital with life threatening injuries. The highway in that area was closed for several hours last night, but all lanes have since been re-opened. Police are still investigating the crash and no charges have been laid at this point.
