Booth Street Park is getting a makeover. Howard Wesley who represents Parry Sound Non-profit Housing and Georgian Bay Native Non-profit Housing spoke to council to at last night’s meeting and highlighted some of the features of the upgrades to the park.
Wesley also mentions a favourite aspect to the redesign.
He then told council of the plan to get the work completed by the end of June.
The total project will cost $26,500 with the Town putting in $12,000 from the Parks reserve and the rest coming from donations.
