Animals from Argentina to the Canadian Arctic coming to Parry Sound

The Parry Sound Curling Club is hosting some of the coolest animals from Argentina to the Canadian Arctic.  This Sunday from 10:00am until 5:00pm the Wildlife Festival Wild Americas will be in Parry Sound thanks to the Canadian Raptor Conservancy and Little Ray’s Reptile Zoo.  They are bringing owls, hawks, eagles, a peregrine falcon and a free- flight birds of prey demonstration as well as an alligator, a tortoise, a tarantula, a scorpion and much more.  Little Ray’s Reptile Zoo is accredited and regularly works with the OSPCA, municipal, provincial, and federal authorities for the placement of seized and unwanted reptiles and amphibians with over 80% of the animals in their care are unwanted or seized pets.  The Canadian Raptor Conservancy performs over 1000 live, Free-Flight Demonstrations across Canada each year.
