Two 20-year-old from Toronto face drug and other charges after speeding through Carling Township. Last Thursday, West Parry Sound OPP was patrolling Highway 69 when they spotted a car speeding just after 10:00pm and made a traffic stop. An investigation led to the seizure of more than 20 grams of marijuana and the arrest of the 21-year-old driver and 22-year-old passenger. Both are charged with possession under 30 grams of marijuana while the driver also faces a charge of speeding and driving without a licence. They both have a court date of March 19th in Parry Sound to answer to their charges.
