Students from around the region will be competing today for the title of Canadore’s next top chef.
The students, including some from Parry Sound and the Almaguin Highlands will be at Canadore’s North Bay campus to compete for the title. Winners of the competition will also receive a semester of a culinary program of their choice at Canadore for free.
Competitors will have to make a pasta dish with goat cheese, paillard of chicken with a compound butter and an individual tart Tatin with Crème Anglaise.
