Bail denied for Huntsville man facing second degree murder charges

A Huntsville man accused of second degree murder will stay behind bars for now. Forty-two-year-old Charles Hayhoe made his first court appearance in Bracebridge on Tuesday.

Hayhoe was arrested after 45-year-old Michel Earl died from assault injuries after being brought to hospital in Huntsville. Officials say because of the severity of the charge Hayhoe will not be released on bail. He will appear in court again on May 9th in Bracebridge.
