The Parry Sound Islanders wrap up the 2016-2017 season as the Northern Division Champions. Their quest for the Russell Cup came to an end on Sunday night in Port Colborne after a 7-1 loss and bowed out of the best of seven in 4 games. The Islanders ran into a red hot Niagara Whalers team who out-scored the locals 29-3 over the series.
