Children’s Aid Society workers travel to Queens Park

Children’s Aid Society workers are asking politicians for help to end their lockout.
A bus of locked out CAS workers from Parry Sound and Nipissing went to Queens Park yesterday to meet with MPP’s from across the province.
The workers have been locked out since December 23rd.
Contract talks stalled over a few key points, specifically sick days and workload management policies.
The CAS board and CUPE last met on February 10. There are no upcoming talks scheduled.
