Snow squalls have cancelled school buses today. Nipissing Parry Sound Student Transportation Service has cancelled buses for Britt and Nobel, Mactier, Humphrey, and Rosseau, McDougall, Whitestone, and Ahmic Harbour, and the Town of Parry Sound because of snow squalls and snow accumulation. Buses for Moose Deer Point First Nation, Shawanaga, and Wasauksing are also cancelled today. Buses to Honey Harbour Public School, St. Peter’s Public School, and St. Dominic Secondary School are cancelled as well. Schools remain open for students who can get there safely. Any student going to school today will need safe transportation home as buses cancelled in the morning will not run in the afternoon. Buses in East Parry Sound are running today. Orrville Early Years is cancelled for today while the Waubeek site will remain open.
